Pioneer Surveying and Engineering, Inc. has staff with extensive experience in a broad variety of infrastructure work.
We provide the kind of excellent service you would expect from a much larger firm, yet we are small enough to effectively respond to one-on-one concerns.
Our professional engineers are Dustin Conroy, PE/PLS and Corey Wehr, PE.
Dustin, the engineer in charge for site development, is licensed in Washington and Oregon, and has the most experience with local public works
projects. Corey Wehr is also a licensed professional engineer specializing in structural engineering.
As Project Manager, Dustin has supervised site development projects including the Pioneer Center in White Salmon for Klickitat County, site design and coordination for a new Wenatchee Home Depot store, the West Neighborhood Streets Project for the City of Goldendale, the Lincoln Street Improvements for the City of White Salmon, and construction administration for the wastewater system at the HW Hill Landfill Gas facility for the Klickitat PUD.
Our Survey Manager and Project Surveyor are Jesse Garner, PLS and Tim Bartkowski
Jesse Garner, PLS has supervised projects ranging from multi-section ALTA surveys to property line staking and everything in between, including boundary line adjustments, subdivisions, short plats and construction staking. Jesse is licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in both Washington and Oregon.
Our Project Surveyor Tim Bartkowski is FAA-certified to operate our survey drone. Survey Assistant Chris Twohy completes the team, with additional assistants brought on board when needed.
